David Schwimmer books recurring role on 'Will & Grace'

"Friends" star David Schwimmer is heading back to the sitcom world after booking a spot on "Will & Grace."

The actor, who played Ross Geller on TV, has landed a recurring role on the upcoming second season of the "Will & Grace" revival - the comedy’s 10th overall.

He'll play a love interest for Debra Messing's character Grace, according to Deadline.

"Will & Grace" will return to TV in America on October 4 for a season that will also feature Alec Baldwin, Chelsea Handler, and Mary McCormack among the guests.
